Can I bring my kids/partner?

This retreat is for mature teens and adults, age 15 and older, accompanied by a responsible adult. No young children.

Where do I fly into?

Vigo, Spain.

Do I need a passport?

Yes! Passport should be valid for at least 6 months past the return date.

Is there transportation from the airport to the retreat venue?

Yes, included on September 21st in the afternoon.

Will I get an itinerary?

Yes, specifics are reviewed a month before travel.

What is the maximum number of participants that can be accommodated?
This retreat is limited to 12 participants.

Retreat Cancellation Policy

We reserve the right to cancel a retreat due to low enrollment or other circumstances that may compromise the event or safety of others. If Spirits Of Flight LLC cancels the retreat, you will be offered a refund.

Participant Cancellation Policy

Full refund if cancelled before May 15, 2025

Refund of 50% issued, if cancelled between May 15 and June 15, 2025

No refunds after June 15, 2025
